The Bangalore Principles
of Judicial Conduct 2002
It is very rare that I recommend another site. The reason being that most sites have very few articles of interest on a regular basis. Such is, I select a few articles each day that revolve around a singular topic with many tentacles.
The topic in question, is Human Rights within Australia. Now you may feel that that topic is absolutely of no interest to you, because generally we have it so good (individually) in Australia. But behind the scenes, things are changing, very rapidly.
You, as most Australians do, realise that 'something is wrong'. You cannot put your finger on it, and your mind cannot get your head around it, and so, you dismiss it and get on with your day. But within yourself, you know that 'something is wrong'.
Human Rights is a broad topic, which generally speaking, encompasses everything that occurs to us on a daily basis. Most of us go through our days and, seemingly, nothing happens to us, so our human rights have not been affected. This is not true. There are things happening somewhere in Australia, to someone in Australia, that affect their human rights, which in turn affect YOUR human rights. We dismiss that which affects others with a sort of 'I'm alright Jack' attitude, even if it may be with some sympathy.
I was the same, I didn't give a shit. I just wanted to get on with my life with the least amount of grief from any authority. I wanted to make as much money as I could, paying the least amount of tax, and doing it in any way that opened up to me.
Five years ago, at a very low point in my life, things changed. I cannot particularly put my finger on exactly when or how, but I began to question some of the things that were happening around me, one thing led to another, and a whole new world opened for me.
I intend to write about the things that I discovered, there are no secrets, within those discoveries, but they are well hidden. In future posts I will write in logical order those things that YOU should know in order to be a true patriotic Australian. At the end, you will understand fully, and you will be thankful.
In the first paragraph I stated that I very rarely recommend other sites, the link following is a facebook page which may set you on a similar path to myself.
It tells of a group of Australians who have taken their cause to the International Court of Justice at The Hague. The same court that tried all the war criminals after WW2. Compelling reading from an Australian battler who, in return, has had her property confiscated. Please read it... HERE
It may contain some hard reading, but it will give you knowledge if you want to understand my future posts.
Also if you are interested in learning about The International Court of Justice and its tenets, you can download or peruse it HERE
